This East Hampton’s Estate Will Run You a Cool $140 Million (17 Photos)

If you thought the $30 Million asking price of this Canadian Estate was out of this world, check out ‘Briar Patch’. Briar Patch is being offered for sale. It is one of the most historic properties on East Hampton, and certainly one of the most expansive- over 11 acres, with a ¼ mile waterfront on Georgica Pond. It has two classic Peter Marino residences, and has been owned by just three families in its 80-year history, and is on the National Register Of Historic Places.

It is on the market for $140M, and is the home of entrepreneur Chris Whittle. It is reportedly the most expensive property currently on the market in The Hamptons.

Trying to change the name from Tweeting to Gregging. Recommended by 4 out of 5 people that recommend things. I’m here to avoid friends on Facebook.
