Prohibition-Era Bowling Alley Restored to It’s Original Glory (9 Photos)

Originally established in 1927 during the prohibition era Highland Park Bowl’s historic roots have slowly faded away over the years through a series of remodels and name changes.

Most recently it was known as Mr.T’s bowl, a venue more famous for live music than bowling.

When Mr.T’s went up for sale the 1933 Group purchased the building and took on the project to restore Highland Park Bowl back to its original grandeur.

Bacon is always the answer. Currently working towards an MBA with an emphasis in fantasy football. I have friends in spite of myself. Probably the best meat eater in the world. Trying to change the name from Tweeting to Gregging. Recommended by 4 out of 5 people that recommend things. I’m here to avoid friends on Facebook.
