Meagan V. Blazier is a single mother, real estate photographer and artist. She first picked up a camera after the birth of her son so she could document his childhood. Soon, she realised it was a great way to relieve the stress of being a new mom, and that she loved photographing everyday scenes, those that most people would pass by without a second thought.
What surprises everyone is the kind of camera she uses! It’s a relatively cheap Canon PowerShot SX40HS. Meagan says she doesn’t need expensive gear to bring her visions to life. “It’s not the camera, but who’s behind the camera, that matters,” she says.
