The lower level consists of a stately game room with a 24′ wide stone fireplace wall, theater, billiard room, wet bar overlooking the game room and theater, full kitchen, wine cellar powder room and another full bedroom suite. All logs are 12″ to 16″ diameter with trusses of 20″ to 24.” All flooring is re-sanded tongue and groove barn wood. Interior walls are naturally aged barn wood and special finished plaster coating with hand-applied wash finish.
There is a 6′ stone and masonry fire pit with stone seating in the back yard, low voltage landscape lighting and a ten-person hot tub. The 2,400 square foot “Toy Barn,” is cedar sided, inside and out with log accents. It is fully insulated and heated, has a full kitchen, half bath, bar, poker table workshop, tool area and a ventilation system for cigar smoke. Over a half-mile of driveway and parking areas are all paved with a beautiful stone bridge incorporated into 6+ acres of gorgeous landscaping complete with streams, ponds and a fully stocked 14′ deep trout pond.
