When four families who are also life-long friends decided that they needed a low budget place to live they approached architect Matt Garcia. What he has designed them is brilliant. A small personalized ranch located on the outskirts of Austin, Texas, that features four small cabins costing just $40,000 each to build.
The four buildings also share a joint main house used for cooking and gathering, which wouldn’t be a problem considering they are all best friends. Although they may have been designed on a budget, wait until you take a look around in these photos. They look absolutely epic with a really nice industrial and minimal feel.
